Zinc phosphate, as a new generation of antirust pigment, is a new type of nontoxic and harmless white antirust pigment with excellent performance in rust prevention and ideal application effect. It is the best substitute of conventional antirust pigments containing heavy metals such as lead and chrome.

With powerful condensing property with ferric ions, Zinc Phosphate is able to form a durable protective film composed mainly of ferric phosphate through its radical ions reacting with iron anode. It is a highly dense pure film, insoluble in water, of high hardness, excellent adhesion and outstanding rust-preventing characteristics.
